How to buy?

Booking
- A reservation agreement is signed with the client who has found a suitable apartment property.
- The reservation agreement is valid until the conclusion of a contract under the law of obligations. The reservation fee is 1,000 euros.

Conclusion of a contract under the law of obligations
- Next, a notarial contract of sale under the law of obligations is concluded.
- With a contract under the law of obligations, the customer pays 15% of the purchase price.
- The contract under the law of obligations sets out the deadlines for the completion of the apartment ownership and its transfer to the buyer, as well as all other conditions.

Conclusion of a real property contract
- Upon completion of the apartment ownership, a property law contract is concluded, in which the completed apartment ownership is transferred and the buyer pays the remaining 85% of the purchase price.
- By entering into this agreement, the client becomes the owner of the apartment property.
The contract price includes:
- Completion of apartment ownership according to the interior finishing package and project chosen by the buyer
- Fee for the construction of utility networks (electricity, water and sewage lines) and connection to them
- Readiness to connect to the data network
- Landscaping and roads according to project documentation
- At least one parking space (added to the apartment price)
- At least one storage room on the first floor (added to the apartment price)
The contract price does not include:
- Notary fee and state fee (paid by the buyer).
- Connection fee for connecting to a telephone, data, cable television or digital network and security alarm system.
