Personal data is data that we collect to provide a service, identify an individual, contact an individual to provide a service, or resolve issues. We do not process sensitive personal data as defined in the REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL (General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR or EU Regulation 2016/679).
Definitions

- A “cookie” is a small text file that a website places on your computer or smart device when you visit our website. It allows us to remember your preferences so that you don’t have to make the same choices again when you visit the same page or browse through the pages.
What personal data do we collect and for what purpose?
Raemõisa OÜ primarily collects the following data:
- Name
- Phone number
- Preferences of interested apartment ownership
- Customer Day Visit Time
If you would like to receive more information about a service via the website, we will collect and process the following personal data – your name, telephone number and e-mail address. Inquiries can be submitted by filling out the relevant contact form or by sending an e-mail to the addresses provided on the website. We also use the data about the company/person obtained from the credit information request to prepare the offer.
The legal basis for such processing of personal data is the processing of personal data for the performance of a contract concluded with the data subject or for taking steps prior to entering into a contract at the request of the data subject (GDPR Art 6(1)(b)).
We also process the following personal data of the following data subjects:
- When you subscribe to our newsletter on our website, we process data about your name and contact details (email).
- When registering on our website for a list of interested parties for development projects, we process data about your name and contact details (contact phone number and email) and your preferences regarding the apartment property of interest (size, price).
- For those who register for and participate in our customer days, we process your name and contact details (address, contact telephone number and email, time of visit) and your preferences regarding the apartment property of interest (size, price).
- When entering into a contract with us, we process data about your name, personal identification number, contact details (address, contact telephone number and e-mail) and marital status; we also process relevant data (except for marital status) about your authorized representative.
- If you participate in our customer days or other public events organized by us, we will process your image (video and photo material).
- When you are on the territory of our development, we process your image, all your other personal data and activities that are visible in the video surveillance area of the territory.
Website browsing statistics
When visiting websites, non-personal technical data is collected about the visitor. The technical data is limited to the Internet address (IP address) of the computer or computer network used, the software version of the computer’s web browser and operating system, the time (time, date, year) and location of the visit. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.
We use the automated tool Google Analytics to collect the above-mentioned data. If you do not wish to have this data transmitted about you, you can opt out of Google Analytics collecting your data at any time.

Our websites use cookies to improve the quality of the services we provide. We use session cookies, persistent cookies and third-party cookies (Google Analytics, Facebook):

Non-personal technical data collected on the website is stored indefinitely.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority of the country where you have your permanent residence.
Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data
If you wish to be forgotten, please let us know by writing to info@reterra.ee. Based on your request, we will remove the information related to your request(s) from our systems.
