Heating system
The source of heat supply for residential buildings is local air-water heating or gas heating, depending on the building. The apartments have room-based controlled water floor heating. The bathrooms have electric floor heating.
Ventilation
High-quality air exchange and healthy indoor air are ensured by an apartment-based forced ventilation system with heat recovery.

The lights are installed in suspended ceilings in the hallways and washrooms. The electricity meters are remotely readable.
