Exterior walls
Solid cast hollow block.

Facade
Wood, dark plaster and cement fiberboard.

Suspended ceilings
Prefabricated hollow panels. Impact sound insulation wool board is applied.

Roof
Flat roof, roll material.

Windows
Triple-glazed PVC windows. The windows are made as energy-efficient PVC windows with a single frame and triple-glazed windows, opening inwards.

Walls between apartments
Solid cast hollow block.

Balcony
The balconies of the apartments are limited by metal balcony railings. The first floor apartments have open terraces. The balcony surface is made of concrete.

Security
The entrances to the staircase are equipped with electric locks.

Elevator
All 3-story buildings are equipped with an elevator.

Energy label
The energy efficiency of the building corresponds to the A energy class label. Solar panels will be installed on the roof.

Ceiling height
The ceiling height of the apartments is nearly 3 meters, the suspended ceilings in dry rooms are nearly 2.6 meters and in wet rooms are nearly 2.3 meters.

Interior walls
Non-load-bearing walls are single-layer plaster walls on a metal frame and are insulated with mineral wool.

Finishing
The walls and ceilings of the living areas will be painted, the walls and floors in wet rooms will be covered with ceramic tiles. The floors of the living areas will be covered with 1-strip laminate parquet in the standard finish according to the package chosen by the client.

Doors
The interior and exterior doors of the apartment are smooth doors.

Heating system
The source of heat supply for residential buildings is local air-water heating or gas heating, depending on the building. The apartments have room-based controlled water floor heating. The bathrooms have electric floor heating.

Ventilation
High-quality air exchange and healthy indoor air are ensured by an apartment-based forced ventilation system with heat recovery.

Electricity and data communication
The lights are installed in suspended ceilings in the hallways and washrooms. The electricity meters are remotely readable. The living rooms are equipped with communication sockets for TV and internet. The technical readiness for concluding telephone, internet and TV service contracts with various service providers is ensured.
