  • A reservation agreement is signed with the client who has found a suitable apartment property.<\/li>\n
  • The reservation agreement is valid until the conclusion of a contract under the law of obligations. The reservation fee is 1,000 euros.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • Next, a notarial contract of sale under the law of obligations is concluded.<\/li>\n
    • With a contract under the law of obligations, the customer pays 15% of the purchase price.<\/li>\n
    • The contract under the law of obligations sets out the deadlines for the completion of the apartment ownership and its transfer to the buyer, as well as all other conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Conclusion of a real property contract<\/h4>\n <\/div>\n

      • Upon completion of the apartment ownership, a property law contract is concluded, in which the completed apartment ownership is transferred and the buyer pays the remaining 85% of the purchase price.<\/li>\n
      • By entering into this agreement, the client becomes the owner of the apartment property.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n \n

        The contract price includes:<\/h2>\n \n
          \n
        • Completion of apartment ownership according to the interior finishing package and project chosen by the buyer<\/li>\n
        • Fee for the construction of utility networks (electricity, water and sewage lines) and connection to them<\/li>\n
        • Readiness to connect to the data network<\/li>\n
        • Landscaping and roads according to project documentation<\/li>\n
        • At least one parking space (added to the apartment price)<\/li>\n
        • At least one storage room on the first floor (added to the apartment price)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n \n

          The contract price does not include:<\/h2>\n \n

          • Notary fee and state fee (paid by the buyer).<\/li>\n
